GroupM Agency Ties Up with Corbis’s Branded Entertainment Network

LOS ANGELES/NEW YORK/LONDON: ESP Properties, part of WPP’s GroupM, has entered into a strategic partnership with Corbis Entertainment’s Branded Entertainment Network (BEN).

ESP Properties is a sports and entertainment marketing agency dedicated to rightsholders. BEN is an interactive platform that offers end-to-end access to film, TV, OTT, digital, music video and celebrity brand placements. Under the new agreement between the two companies, ESP Properties will have access to BEN’s technology, database of content, planning and analytics to enhance advertising, marketing and branded integration campaigns.

Gary Shenk, the CEO of Corbis Entertainment, commented: “We are pleased to be partnering with ESP Properties, an agency at the forefront of new approaches to brand advertising, marketing and promotion, and look forward to working within and beyond the WPP network of agencies representing many of the world’s most popular and leading brands. In collaborating with BEN, ESP will be able to offer critically important branded integrations alongside digital media, sports and entertainment partnership opportunities. This approach is even more important today as consumer-viewing habits continue to change and the propensity for commercial avoidance continues to grow.”

John Kristick, the global CEO of ESP Properties, said: “Corbis Entertainment has created BEN with real foresight and a clear vision of the importance of branded integration. BEN is an easy-to-use platform that enhances the ability to identify content—whether it’s television, movies, OTT, social media or a live event—and insert brands in a strategic way that delivers a real and measurable return on advertising and marketing dollars. We are excited to partner with Corbis Entertainment and believe BEN will become an integral part of the strategic planning and implementation for many brands.”
