eOne Taps Amazon Studios’s Carolyn Newman as Scripted VP

LOS ANGELES: Entertainment One (eOne) has hired Carolyn Newman for the newly created role of VP of scripted programming at eOne Television.

Newman reports to Pancho Mansfield, the president of global scripted programming at eOne Television, and is based in Los Angeles. She will work closely with eOne’s global scripted development and production teams around the world. Newman joins the company from Amazon Studios, where she served as the point executive on such series as Bosch, Hand of God, Mad Dogs and the upcoming show Good Girls Revolt. Newman was also involved in sourcing and securing international TV projects for Amazon Studios.
