Discovery Bolsters Sales Team with New Hire

Discovery has promoted Keith Kazerman to the newly created role of executive VP of digital sales, advanced advertising and research, effective immediately.

Kazerman will report to Discovery Chief U.S. Ad Sales Officer Jon Steinlauf. In the position, Kazerman will lead all digital ad sales teams, which are responsible for driving digital revenues for Discovery’s TV Everywhere GO apps and VOD, as well as the website and social media platforms. He will continue to oversee Discovery’s enhanced advertising business, research and addressable data-driven products.

He most recently served as group senior VP of research, data and engage at Discovery, a position in which he built and oversaw the company’s analytics platform Discovery Engage. Prior to joining Discovery in 2015, Kazerman spent ten years at DIRECTV in the role of senior VP of national ad sales.
