BBC Series Set for Cablevisión Flow

Cablevisión and BBC Worldwide have signed a multiyear deal for BBC series, including Rillington Place and The Last Post, to launch as exclusives on the Flow platform.

Other shows available on Flow include Luther, Ripper Street, The Collection, Doctor Who and The Honourable Woman.

“This deal clearly underscores our commitment with the Latin American market, as well as our desire to offer audiences in the region BBC’s most popular titles,” said Anna Gordon, the executive VP and director general at BBC Worldwide Latin America/US Hispanic. “We hope this deal will allow us to expand the presence of our content on free-TV, pay-TV and digital platforms, not only in the Southern Cone but also across all of Latin America.”

Antonio Álvarez, the programming manager at Cablevisión, added: “Through this deal with BBC Worldwide we continue to invest in high-quality content that also satisfies new ways to consume content, such as binge watching. At Cablevisión we continue to strengthen our offering so clients can enjoy the best content whenever and wherever they want through Flow.”
