Turner’s David Eilenberg Named President of ITV Entertainment

LOS ANGELES: Veteran programming executive and producer David Eilenberg, who most recently worked at Turner, has been tapped as president of ITV America’s newly named production company, ITV Entertainment.

Eilenberg will oversee all development, programming and production at ITV Entertainment, which was formerly known as ITV Studios America. He will also have responsibility for all content creation at ITV Entertainment across a range of genres, from competition series to reality formats, for broadcast, cable and digital platforms. The outfit’s current programming includes FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen, E!’s Rich Kids of Beverly Hills and A&E’s The First 48).

Eilenberg has had a long tenure in unscripted television, including five years as head of development and current programming for Mark Burnett Productions. He joins ITV from Turner, where he served since 2012 as senior VP of unscripted development for late night and specials at TNT and TBS, overseeing series such as King of the Nerds, Cold Justice and Howie Mandel’s Deal with It, as well as late-night series CONAN, starring Conan O’Brien.
