Netflix Taps Disney Alum Christie Fleischer for CP

Christie Fleischer, formerly of The Walt Disney Company, has been appointed as global head of consumer products at Netflix, based in Los Angeles.

In her new position, Fleischer is responsible for retail and licensee partnerships, publishing, interactive games, merchandising and experiential events. She is overseeing a team charged with developing the consumer products portfolio across all categories for Netflix original series and films.

Previously, Fleischer served as head of merchandise for parks, experiences and consumer products at The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in her career, she was senior VP of retail and merchandise for Parks & Resorts.
