MGM Television Hires EVP of TV Production & Development

LOS ANGELES: MGM Television has appointed Lindsay Sloane as executive VP of television production and development, while Max Kisbye was upped to senior VP of television production and development.

Sloane is working under Steve Stark, MGM's president of production and development for the television group. She is charged with creating and developing new projects, collaborating with Kisbye and the rest of the TV team. She previously served as senior VP and head of television at TriStar Productions. Earlier in her career, Sloane was a co-executive producer for Hypnotic and co-head of development, drama, at Fox Broadcasting Company.

In his new role, Kisbye will continue to supervise the second installment of FX's Fargo, among other projects in active development. He will report to Stark.

"Our television business is thriving as we continue to develop high-quality content that appeals to the global audience. Lindsay, through her strong relationships and keen instinct for quality programming, will be a wonderful addition to our incredible team of executives."

Also at MGM Television, Nathan Taylor has been promoted from creative executive to director of development, and Rob Hochberg was elevated from executive assistant to creative executive.
