Live-Action Sci-Fi Series from Dynamic & The Simpsons’ David Mirkin

Dynamic Television has teamed up with Emmy and Peabody Award winner David Mirkin (The Simpsons) to develop a live-action sci-fi dramedy series, Jeff of the Universe, for YouTube Premium.

Mirkin will write, direct and executive produce with Dynamic Television’s Daniel March and Holly Hines along with Todd Berger and Emiliano Calemzuk. Dynamic will serve as the studio.

Details of Jeff of the Universe are being kept under wraps, but Mirkin commented: “This completely new, never-before-seen-in-human-history concept will reveal, for the very first time, many, absolutely 100 percent guaranteed accurate, previously unknown secrets of the universe and the very meaning of existence itself, all of which Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking were both too stupid to figure out. Many have desperately tried to keep the stunning, disturbing, life-changing secrets exposed in Jeff of the Universe from ever becoming public which is why I am so thrilled to be working with the brave folks at YouTube Premium and Dynamic Television. In addition, they are giving us a totally unlimited budget. At least that is what I am assuming.”
