Dynamic Television has hired for its Los Angeles office Rachel Taff as director of development and Will Baldwin as manager of development.

Taff will focus on developing premium programming for Dynamic’s U.S. and global English-speaking slate. Baldwin will also work on developing programming for Dynamic’s U.S. portfolio.

Previously, Taff worked for Shoe Money Productions, where she worked extensively on FX’s series Snowfall and developed high-profile projects such as adaptations of The New York Times reporter Nicole Perlroth’s book This is How They Tell Me the World Ends and David Kushner’s book Levittown. Prior to that, she worked on HBO’s The Plot Against America, Showtime’s SMILF, TBS’s American Dad! and ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat.

Baldwin joins Dynamic from Disney ABC Drama Development, where he was most recently involved with developing Queens, Promised Lands, For Life and Rebel. He has also worked for CBS Current Programming and Paradigm Talent Agency.

Daniel March, managing partner of Dynamic Television, said: “Rachel and Will embody everything we were looking for to help lead our creative development. Most importantly, they are both terrific human beings; second, they are creatively very talented and love the art of storytelling; and finally, they embrace the core values that define Dynamic. They’re going to do great things here.”
