Lifetime Plans Gabby Douglas Biopic

LOS ANGELES: Two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas is the focus of the newest Lifetime original movie, tentatively titled The Gabby Douglas Story.

Imani Hakim (Everybody Hates Chris, Love Reign Over Me) and Sydney Mikayla (Whitney) have been cast to play Douglas. The real-life Douglas will also appear in the film. The debut is planned for 2014.
