Jason Cipriano Moves Up at Viacom

Viacom has elevated Jason Cipriano to VP of multiplatform content and strategy for Paramount Network, which launches in January, and TV Land.

In his new role, Cipriano will work under Anhelo Reyes, the senior VP of consumer marketing at Paramount Network. He will manage the digital content strategy supporting marketing efforts across owned and operated platforms for Paramount Network and TV Land, along with overseeing development and production of original digital video content for those platforms. He will also develop strategic initiatives to help expand the brands’ digital presence, while collaborating with digital production, design, product integration and integrated marketing activation teams.

Prior to this appointment, Cipriano was senior director of digital content strategy and programming for Spike. He started his career at Viacom as a production assistant for MTV.com in 2004 before transitioning to the mtvU and MTV2 digital platforms. He became a supervising producer for Spike in 2011.
