ITV Studios America in First-Look Deal with Intellectual Artist Management

SHERMAN OAKS: ITV Studios America has inked a first-look development pact with Intellectual Artist Management (IAM), which has credits such as Amazon's Bosch and Red Arrow International's 100 Code.

Tony Sabistina has been jointly hired as the development executive who will be working with Brian Segna at ITV Studios America across the slate of scripted and unscripted projects. IAM is a talent and literary management, media and content production company.

Orly Adelson, the president of ITV Studios America, said, “IAM is a powerhouse in the talent and literary world and I’m excited to work with David Guillod, Patrick Hughes, Jeff Morrone and the great team of managers to identify intellectual property and characters that will jump from the printed page to make great television. This is another terrific step forward as we continue to expand both our scripted and non-scripted slates.”

“We see this relationship with ITV Studios America as a natural and smart fit in our aggressive growth of our literary and talent business, as well as an opportunity to continue to increase our global vision in the packaging of our source material into international and domestic television,” said David Guillod, partner and CEO at IAM.

Patrick Hughes, partner and co-owner of IAM, added, “I’ve been inspired by Orly Adelson for over ten years and to now get the chance to work with her and the ITV Studios America team is a dream come true. We make great partners. IAM is in expansion mode acquiring a ton of companies, properties, and clients. ITV Studios compliments our growth and we look forward to producing amazing content together!”
