Femme Fatales Gets Second Season on Cinemax

LOS ANGELES: The hit anthology series Femme Fatales is set to return to Cinemax for a second season in 2012 with 13 all-new episodes, which Entertainment One (eOne) will be offering to international territories at NATPE.

eOne handles distribution outside the U.S. for the series, which features modern noir and pulp-influenced stories about alluring and powerful but dangerous women. Co-creators and executive producers are Mark A. Altman (Castle, Necessary Roughness) and Steve Kriozere (N.C.I.S., V.I.P.). Mark Gottwald (DOA: Dead or Alive) is executive producing and David E. Williams is co-executive producer.

Notable guest stars have included Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill, Independence Day), Jeff Fahey (Lost, Grindhouse) and Eric Roberts (Batman Begins), among others. eOne will also begin selling worldwide rights at NATPE for Femme Fatales Presents, a series of three feature-length telefilms, which will debut in 2012.
