Electric Entertainment & Nova Vento Align for As I Am

Electric Entertainment and the distribution company Nova Vento have teamed up to bring the coming-of-age film As I Am to theaters in the U.S.

The directorial debut from emerging writer/director Guy Davies, As I Am is inspired by Davies’ life experience. Set in his hometown of Stroud, U.K., the film paints a picture of small-town adolescence. It follows Kai (Joshua Glenister), an aspiring writer, and his friends during the last week of their senior year in high school.

In addition to Glenister, As I Am stars Harry Lloyd (The Theory of Everything, Game of Thrones) and James Faulkner (Game of Thrones, Bridget Jones’s Diary). The film is produced by Toby Cook and Matthew Cook, both founders of Fablemaze Production Company. Davies is also a producer.
