Another Season of Drop Dead Diva for Lifetime

LOS ANGELES: Lifetime has ordered a 13-episode sixth season of Drop Dead Diva, a dramedy produced by Sony Pictures Television.

Drop Dead Diva is about a deceased aspiring model whose soul takes over the body of a plus-size attorney. The show's cast is led by Brooke Elliott, Margaret Cho, Jackson Hurst, April Bowlby, Justin Deeley, Lex Medlin and Kate Levering. The new season is scheduled to begin airing in 2014.
