ABC Taps CBS Alum as Current Programming VP

CBS’s Stacey Adams has been named VP of current programming at ABC Entertainment, working under Vicki Dummer, head of current series programming.

As VP of current programming, Adams will manage scripted drama and comedy programming for ABC. She previously held the same title at CBS, where she covered such drama and comedy series as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The Big Bang Theory. Earlier in her career, she was VP of drama development at Paramount/CBS Studios.

“Stacey is a highly respected, experienced creative executive who is passionate about television,” said Dummer. “She has strong relationships and great creative instincts, and I am very excited to have her join the team.”
