SundanceTV to Bring Transparent to Network TV

The first two seasons of Amazon Studios’ Transparent will premiere on SundanceTV, marking the show’s network television debut.

Starting August 9 at 10 p.m., multiple back-to-back episodes will air weekly during this limited network TV event. The run wraps up on September 20.

Created by Jill Soloway, Transparent centers on the dysfunctional Pfefferman family and their lives following the discovery that the family patriarch, Mort, is transgender, and Mort transforms into Maura. Jeffery Tambor stars in the series.
