Globo’s Fight or Love? Lands in El Salvador

SÃO PAULO: Globo has sold the telenovela Fight or Love? into El Salvador, where it’s set to air February 25 on Canal 4.

The comedic novela, a remake of a 1980s title, tells the story of two cousins in the middle of a heated family feud following a multi-million-dollar inheritance. Written by Silvio de Abreu, the novela reached 35 million viewers during Globo’s prime time in Brazil. In Portugal, the telenovela aired on Globo’s basic channel.

The free-to-air network Canal 4 belongs to the Telecorporación Salvadoreña. It has previously aired such Globo hits as Caribbean Flower, Tangled Hearts and The Life We Lead.
