Caracol TV’s The First Lady Airs in Thailand

BOGOTÁ: The First Lady, a Colombian telenovela distributed by Caracol TV Internacional, has been picked up in Thailand.

The 95×60-minute title will air on Sanook TV Monday through Friday at 9:45 a.m., with an encore at 10:30 p.m. The novela centers on an ambitious young woman who seduces the front runner in a presidential election in order to fulfill her aspirations of becoming her country's first lady.

The program has already aired in countries such as Angola, Mozambique, Canada, Bulgaria and Armenia. Christian Meier and Colombian actress Carina Cruz lead the cast.
