iROKO App Launches in French-Speaking Africa

LONDON: CANAL+ Group and iROKO have launched the iroko+ SVOD service in French-speaking Africa, with a variety of Nollywood and telenovela content on offer.

iroko+ is available across all of French-speaking Africa, offering 1,500 hours of premium Nollywood and telenovela content to millions of Francophone users. The Android app will be free until June 1. Users are able to download movies and TV series as part of their subscription package.

iroko+ features movies and television shows from Nollywood TV, Novelas TV and A+. Current titles include Folie, Triangle Amoureux, Qui sera la femme idéale?, La Patrona, Le Corps du Désir, Dinama Nekh and Chroniques Africaines. All content has been dubbed into French.
