icflix Ties Up with Iraqi Telecom Company Asiacell

DUBAI: The Middle East and North Africa’s internet streaming service icflix has entered into a partnership with Asiacell, a provider of mobile telecommunications services in Iraq.

This deal will allow Asiacell’s subscribers to consume Jazwood (Arabic), Hollywood and Bollywood content, including movies, TV series, cartoons and docs. Both prepaid and postpaid customers will be able to access icflix’s library for a monthly, weekly or daily subscription fee. Productions on offer will include the Arabian animated series Dunia, the popular Jazwood titles Al Arrab: Taht Al Hazem, Layali El Helmya 6 and Al Tawarid, and such Hollywood movies as Lone Survivor, Grace of Monaco and Need for Speed.
