NEW YORK: The Univision Creator Network (UCN) is expanding into fashion and beauty after signing new talent.

Makeup aficionado Rosy McMichael, style expert Alejandra “Ale” Rodriguez, beauty influencer Nicole Guerriero and singer-turned-nail-art-enthusiast Sandra Cires are now on board. The Univision Creator Network was launched by Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) in July to showcase content creators from digital platforms.

McMichael, Rodriguez, Guerriero and Cires have significant social-media followings, with YouTube subscribers ranging from 400,000 to more than 2 million. UCN now counts more than 180 creators across multiple genres.

McMichael offers makeup tutorials on YouTube and collaborates with brands such as Target. She has been integrated into Univision programming for Nuestra Belleza Latina and Despierta América. Rodriguez is a beauty and fashion YouTube creator who offers tutorials and more on social media, while Guerriero creates videos and other content on YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat and other digital platforms for nearly 5 million followers. Via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat, Cires shares everything from music, nail art, makeup, photography and nutrition tips.

“Creating meaningful experiences for our creators, our partners and our audience is at the core of the Univision Creator Network,” remarked Steven Benanav, the VP of content partnerships and general manager of Flama at Univision Communications Inc. “Our commitment to fostering leading and up-and-coming talent across several genres, such as fashion and beauty, positions us to deliver the best content from today’s internet sensations across the most popular social and video platforms. We are thrilled to welcome Rosy, Ale, Nicole and Sandra to our growing network, which has more than tripled in fans, followers and subscribers in the past 12 months.”
