TV Latina Reveals First Creators & Executives for L.A. Screenings Festival

TV Latina’s L.A. Screenings Festival, which will run May 10 to 13, will feature creator, showrunner, producer and founder of Good Mood, Daniel Écija, as well as Federico Cuervo, the senior VP and general director at VIS Americas, among other important creators and executives.

The four-day event will combine interviews with creators, studio directors and distribution executives, as well as virtual screenings with the latest highlights in drama, entertainment, factual and movies, among other genres.

Leonardo Padrón, creator of Pálpito, and José Ignacio Valenzuela, creator of Netflix’s ¿Quién mató a Sara?, will also be part of the event. On the studio side, they will be joined by Dago García, the VP of production and content at Caracol Televisión.

On the distribution side of the business, TV Latina’s L.A. Screenings Festival will feature Barbora Suster, director for Latin America and Iberia at Eccho Rights; María Lucía Hernández, international sales director at RCN Televisión; Beatriz Cea Okan, VP and director of sales and acquisitions at Inter Medya; and Francisco Villanueva, COO at SOMOS Distribution.

Other creators, studio directors and distribution executives that will also be part of TV Latina’s L.A. Screenings Festival will be announced shortly.
