Power Licenses Factual Programs & Dramas in Latin America

LONDON: Indie British producer and distributor Power has closed a raft of drama and factual deals in Latin America.

AMC Networks International – Latin America took several titles for its channel Cosmopolitan TV, including the movies Sparkle, You Instead and A Bride for Christmas. Meanwhile, Reality TV went for 12 documentaries, among them The Birdman Chronicles, When Sharks Meet Crocs and Sheri.

Other sales include Brazil’s Globo Communications going for the romantic comedies Cinderella Pact, Seven Year Hitch and I Do, But I Don’t and Artear taking the movies Scarecrow, Blackout and Air Force One Is Down, along with the miniseries Cat 8, Exploding Sun, Eve of Destruction, Delete and Ring of Fire.
