Globo Productions Prove Popular in Eastern Europe

SÃO PAULO: A number of Globo productions are currently airing in Eastern Europe, including on the Serbian channel Happy TV.

Happy TV is broadcasting The Life We Lead, which centers on the lives of two sisters, and The Enchanted Tale, a love story. The network is set to debut Irrational Heart and Looks & Essence in December.

Other Eastern European countries have also displayed an interest in Globo titles. Armenia took the rights for The Life We Lead, while Georgia snapped up the adaptation of Gabriela. In addition, the mega-hit Brazil Avenue is being shown in Hungary, Croatia, Albania and Poland.
