Cisneros Media Distribution Presents DISCOP Istanbul Lineup

MIAMI: Cisneros Media Distribution has unveiled its programming lineup for DISCOP Istanbul, headlined by its new thriller Dangerous Confessions.

The series, which is currently being filmed in Miami under a working title, is slated to consist of 60 episodes and will be based on the book Blood on the Couch by Ibeyise Pacheco. That book told the tale of a Venezuelan psychiatrist imprisoned for murder.

“This year has begun with so much enthusiasm as we are introducing our new company name and focus, and thanks to our associated and affiliated production companies, we are able to present exciting new programming to our international clientele; this is only exemplified by the suspenseful tele-series Dangerous Confessions, which is actually based on a tragic true story,” said Cesar Diaz, the VP of Cisneros Media Distribution, which formerly operated under Venevision International.

Other DISCOP Istanbul offerings will include the series Lucia’s Secrets and the telenovelas Sweet Thing and Emerald Heart.
