MADRID: ATM Broadcast is representing the Spanish youth channel Non Stop People for distribution in the Americas.

The network recently celebrated its one-year anniversary in Spain on pay-TV operator Movistar+. It airs 24 hours a day and relies on an extensive team of young journalists reporting on the latest news and trends happening across Spain, Latin America and the world in general. ATM Broadcast will be working to secure carriage for Non Stop People with cable operators, satellite providers and OTT services throughout the region.

Patrick Stuart, the senior VP of distribution of TV channels at ATM Broadcast, said: “It is a fantastic opportunity to be able to represent an original and innovative youth channel such as Non Stop People, a network that stands out from other channels because of its innovative and unique style.”

He adds: “Non Stop People delivers something completely fresh and new, with excellent quality, offering distribution platforms with a true added value for their subscribers. The significant web traffic we’ve seen coming from Mexico, Argentina and the U.S. clearly demonstrates an untapped demand. This is mainly attributed to Non Stop People’s programming, which offers a variety of Spanish and Latin American celebrities and content [archives], Spanish-speaking cultures and breaking trans-Atlantic borders.

“We want to also work hand-in-hand with new OTT platforms, as Non Stop People is a channel targeted at young people, who increasingly consume content online and on mobile phones.”
