The new Canadian kids’ and family TV channel Toon-A-Vision has launched on the cable network Cogeco, where it will be free to all of its customers.

Through the deal, Toon-A-Vision is now available at no cost to thousands of more homes on Cogeco. Toon-A-Vision’s programming is divided into three age segments—The Lagoon (ages 2 to 6), EH Vast (ages 6 to 12) and T@Night (age 12+)—and includes such shows as Talking Tom, YuGiOh!, Horrid Henry, Bat Pat, Ghosts of Time, My Goldfish is Evil, ABC Monsters and Mia the Mouse.

Adam Mimnagh, president of Toon-A-Vision, said: “Toon-A-Vision’s newest partnership with Cogeco means more Canadian families will have access to fresh new shows they’ve never seen before. We provide safe, but funny content that isn’t available in Canada on other children’s networks, or streaming services, which gives us that special something that we think families are looking for. We’re excited to be in growth mode. We launched just over a year and a half ago and adding Cogeco to our distribution is a big win for us and for Canadians! Our expansion plans continue. We’re in talks with other providers and it looks like we will be available to more customers nationally and internationally very soon.”
