Mattel Unveils Barbie & Care Bears Joint Toys

Mattel has unveiled a new line of Barbie Cutie Reveal dolls, with Barbie and Chelsea dolls dressed as Care Bears characters.

Each Barbie or Chelsea doll is styled as Cheer Bear, Share Bear or Grumpy Bear. As the doll is unboxed, surprises, such as a skirt, headband, shoes and a matching mini Care Bear, are revealed.

The sets include a reversible plush top that turns into an oversized fleece jacket and a flippable costume head that transforms into a bed for the mini Care Bears friend. Also, with icy cold and warm water, fans can transform the dolls’ faces with twinkle-shine details and even “open” and “close” the mini Care Bears figures’ eyes. Water can be added to the dolls’ hair for a color change.

The Barbie dolls offer ten surprises, and the Chelsea dolls offer six.

The Barbie Cutie Reveal Care Bears collection will be rolling out across all global market, with North America and the Asia-Pacific regions getting a launch this holiday season. The collection will debut in the U.K., Europe, the Middle East and Latin America in the first quarter of 2025.
