Glasgow-based Two Rivers Media, founded last year by Alan Clements, has bought out Kew Media's interest in the company.

Kew Media Group has joined merchant bank Noble Grossart and U.K. broadcaster Channel 4 in investing in Two Rivers Media, a newly formed production company based in Scotland.
