Pluto TV Expands Offering in Germany, Austria & Switzerland

Pluto TV has launched 24 new channels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, growing its portfolio in these three markets to 75 channels.

The new slate of channels includes an all-new suite of Pop-Up channels featuring ViacomCBS IP with brands like SpongeBob Squarepants, iCarly, Blue’s Clues, Victorious, Bubble Guppies, Sam & Cat and more. Further, Pluto TV’s MTV channels Dating and The Hills, as well as Totally Turtles, are now available in English for German viewers. Pluto TV will also introduce new original, thematically curated channels Pluto TV Crime, Pluto TV Lives and Pluto TV Yoga, among others.

Complementing its content expansion, Pluto TV has initialized its first-ever European campaign. It will feature spots and banners with messages that match the brand and highlight the diversity of the channel offering. The spots can be seen on all major TV stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and on all ViacomCBS channels. The TV commercials are accompanied by digitally-led advertising on online portals and activities on social media channels. The campaign was developed with the Berlin-based advertising agency DOJO.
