Banijay France Buys Music & Entertainment Specialist DMLS TV

Banijay France has extended its footprint through the acquisition of DMLS TV, which specializes in music and entertainment.

Founded nearly 20 years ago, DMLS TV is led by Anne Marcassus and Mathieu Vergne. They will continue to oversee the company, reporting to Banijay France CEO François de Brugada.

DMLS TV is behind such hits as La Chanson Secrète (The Secret Song), La Chanson Challenge (The Celebrity Song Challenge), La Lettre (Yours Sincerely) and Duos Mystères (Mystery Duets). It is also the volunteer executive producer of the annual charity event Les Enfoirés.

The Banijay France footprint now features 11 labels.
