Channel 4 Invests in Julien Leroux’s Paper Entertainment

Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund has secured a minority stake in Paper Entertainment, co-producer on the second season of the Apple TV+ hit Tehran.

Paper Entertainment was recently set up by Julien Leroux to develop,  finance and produce TV content in partnership with talent and producers around the world. Leroux, who was an executive producer on season one of Tehran, struck the co-production deal with Apple.

Leroux, founder and CEO of Paper Entertainment, said: “It is an honor to partner with Channel 4 and the amazing team at the Indie Growth Fund.
