Amazon Prime U.K. Lands Lionsgate Features in Output Deal

Amazon Prime Video in the U.K. will be the first-window streaming home to Lionsgate’s recently released and upcoming theatrical feature films.

The multiyear output deal commences January 1, 2020, and will give Amazon Prime U.K. members access to features such as Angel Has Fallen, Rambo: Last Blood and The Personal History of David Copperfield as well as the upcoming Knives Out, Midway and Bombshell.

“We’re excited to be bringing Lionsgate’s slate of compelling movies to Prime Video,” said Martin Backlund, head of content for the U.K. at Prime Video. “Our customers will be delighted that Lionsgate’s Hollywood and British blockbuster movies are coming to Prime Video.”
