ITV Studios Ups Monumental Television Stake

ITV Studios has increased its ownership stake in Monumental Television from 26 percent to 51 percent.

ITV Studios has owned a piece of the British production company founded by Alison Owen and Debra Hayward since 2015. Its credits include Harlots on Hulu and Ghosts on BBC One. The company’s shows will continue to be represented by ITV Studios Global Entertainment.

“Alison and Debra have proven to be a fantastic fit within the ITV family over the last four years,” said Julian Bellamy, managing director of ITV Studios. “They’re outstanding creatives with fantastic talent relationships and I can’t wait to work even more closely with them as they start the next phase of Monumental’s growth.”
