L.A. Screenings Spotlight: Inter Medya

Inter Medya’s drama Bitter Lands weaves a tale of love and evil beginning in 1970s Turkey, and the series has garnered solid viewership.

“Since its launch in September, Bitter Lands, produced by TIMS&B Productions, has been earning increasingly strong ratings and great reviews on ATV, immediately making the series a huge hit,” says Can Okan, Inter Medya’s founder and CEO.

He adds, “International buyers want to see classic stories about love and family, and we can all agree that Bitter Lands is a special kind of love story.”

Also from Inter Medya is the family drama Flames of Desire, which centers on two best friends who promise to marry their children to one another. Years later, their grown-up offspring have different ideas.

In a luxurious house in the Caribbean, 11 men and 11 women fight for rooms lest they be doomed to sleep outside in The Perfect Couple, an unscripted format from Inter Medya’s slate.
