First Speakers Unveiled for Conecta FICTION 2

The first speakers have been revealed for Conecta FICTION 2, a co-pro and networking event for the international TV industry that is scheduled to take place in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, from June 18 to 21.

The lineup for this year’s edition includes Marianne Furevold, executive producer for NRK Drama in Norway; Miguel Salvat, commissioning editor for original production at HBO España in Spain; Diego Ramírez Schrempp, executive producer/partner at Dynamo in Colombia; and Javier Olivares, showrunner for Globomedia/Mediapro in Spain.

There will also be Roberto Ríos, VP of programming and acquisitions for HBO Latin America in the U.S.; Jana Burbach, scriptwriter on Germany’s Bad Banks; Christian Gockel, executive VP of international sales and acquisitions at Betafilm in Germany; Joana Carrión, CEO of All the Kids in Spain; and Alan Gasmer, co-president of Veritas Entertainment Group in the U.S.

Meanwhile, the ten finalists of the Pitch Co-Pro Series and the five finalists of the Pitch Digiseries will be announced on May 28. The Branded Content contest remains open for entries, and two-minute pitch clips can still be submitted.
