21st Century Fox Alum Joins Endemol Shine’s Senior Legal Team

Endemol Shine Group has appointed James Ward, a 21st Century Fox executive, as the company’s deputy general counsel.

In his newly created position, Ward will work out of Amsterdam under Emma Moloney, general counsel for Endemol Shine Group. He will manage the existing team of senior counsels at the company starting in April.

Ward previously served as deputy general counsel for Europe and Asia at 21st Century Fox since 2013. Earlier in his career, he was general counsel at the Rotana Media Group in the Middle East, senior VP at News Corporation in Asia, and executive director of ventures and business development at The Walt Disney Company. He also worked in private practice in London and New Zealand.
