Passion Heads to MIPCOM with 300 Hours of New Content

Passion Distribution is gearing up to present 300 hours of new content in the factual-entertainment, entertainment, documentary and formats categories to international buyers at MIPCOM next month.

The Class Next Door headlines Passion’s factual-entertainment slate, along with season six of Big Freedia Bounces Back and the second season of Transcendent, from the producers of RuPaul’s Drag Race: World of Wonder. Another highlight is the entertainment program Japandemonium. The action-packed series celebrates the best and funniest clips from Japan’s iconic game shows.

Returning series include Robot Wars, which is back for a third season and is also available as a format. Second seasons of the medical intervention series Dr Christian Will See You Now and Baby Ballroom are also on offer, as is a sophomore season of the comedy series Lookalikes. Returning lifestyle series are Find It, Fix It, Flog It season three and The Great Escapers.

The format slate is led by Emogenius, and there is also the documentary Pompeii: Countdown to Disaster. Other highlights include The People’s Vet, Barbie: The Most Famous Doll in the World, The Internet, Cancer and Me, Stuck on You, The Sex Bots Are Coming and Trust Me, I’m a Robot.
