New CEO for Endemol Shine Nordics

STOCKHOLM: Karin Stjärne has been appointed CEO at Endemol Shine Nordics, which she joins from her most recent position as VP of programming at MTG Sverige.

Stjärne will oversee Endemol Shine businesses across Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway, with responsibilities that span strategy, sales, development and digital. Stjärne starts her new role in April, reporting to Marcus Wolter, the chairman for Northern Europe at Endemol Shine Group.

Wolter commented: “Karin has a broad and deep knowledge of the Nordics’ content industry, extensive international experience and an understanding of the needs, challenges and evolving nature of our buyers’ businesses. We very much look forward to her joining and bringing this, along with her enthusiasm, to the group.”
