Flicker Productions Receives Greenbird Investment

LONDON: Greenbird Media has made an investment in Flicker Productions, the British outfit founded by Colleen Flynn and Nick Underhill.

Flicker’s credits include Eden for Channel 4; Bangkok Airport, Tom Felton: Meet the Superfans and Junior Doctors: Your Life in their Hands for BBC Three; and The Hoarder Next Door for Channel 4. The company specializes in factual content for the 16 to 34 set, as well as branded entertainment, done for the likes of Yahoo and Marriott.

Jamie Munro, joint managing director of Greenbird—which provides equity capital as well as back-office solutions—noted, “Colleen and Nick are exceptionally strong creative talents, with an extraordinary track record of developing some of the biggest talk-about series on television. Combine that with their very strong branded content experience for global brands, and they are quite the force to be reckoned with—we are delighted to be working with them!”
