Stand by Me Bolsters Management Team

ROME: The Italian production company Stand by Me has reinforced its key management with the appointment of three more executives under the entertainment and factual division.

The newly formed team includes Giuliano Tranquilli as the head of content and business development, Davide Acampora as the head of the format department and Teresa Carducci as the head of production. Tranquilli has 15 years of experience in the industry and will work closely with the format and production department to develop in-house products and oversee international opportunities, co-productions and partnerships. Stand by Me is further reinforced by Francesco Nespega in the role of president.

Tranquilli commented, “I am incredibly excited about taking on this role and working with a brilliant talent such as Simona Ercolani, who built her own company in 2010 and in Italy [to] contribute to be[ing] a leader in the reality and constructed genre.”
