ProSiebenSat.1 Sells CEE TV & Radio Stations

LONDON: Antenna Group has acquired Kiss TV, Kiss FM, Magic FM, One FM and Rock FM in Romania from ProSiebenSat.1, which sold off Prima TV to the Romanian media businessman Cristian Burci.

Theo Kyriakou, the CEO of Antenna Group, said, "I'm delighted that we've been able to acquire these market leading assets in a country as significant as Romania. These represent Antenna’s first presence in Romania and we look forward to working closely with management to help them grow even further. Antenna Group is committed to expanding its presence in South East Europe. This is the latest stage in our growth strategy."

In Hungary, the TV channels TV2, FEM 3, PRO4 and Super TV2 were acquired by the current management team.
