A+E Networks Distributes Programming in CEE

NEW YORK: A+E Networks has inked a number of sales agreements in Central and Eastern Europe for such titles as The Universe, Life After People and Dance Moms, to name a few.

In the Czech Republic, CT 2 opted for The Universe, Weapons of War, Tales of the Gun and a host of episodes from Biography. Spektrum took a variety of productions for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including 10 Things You Don’t Know About, 7 Days of Sex, Beyond Scared Straight, Billy the Exterminator, Life After People and The Universe.

TTV in Poland picked up Storage Wars, Billy the Exterminator and Hoarders, while Russia’s Mat’ i Ditya went for Dance Moms, Dance Moms Miami and Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. Viasat acquired Ax Men and Dog the Bounty Hunter for the Balkans. Mega in the Ukraine snapped up Mankind The Story of All of Us, America’s Book of Secrets, Food Tech, How the Earth Was Made, Life After People, Modern Marvels and The Universe.
