Passion Distribution Sells 150 Hours in Iberia

LONDON: Following the success of last month’s NATPE, Passion Distribution has licensed more than 150 hours of programming to broadcasters in the Iberian region.

Mediaset Spain went for the second season of Room Crashers, a property show from Scripps Networks International. The broadcaster also purchased the first two seasons of Sand Masters as well as Amazing Eats, a food series led by Adam Richman. SIC Portugal also opted for Amazing Eats and both seasons of Sand Masters.

Antena 3 secured seasons five and six of Scripps Networks International’s Ghost Adventures and seasons one and two of When Vacations Attack, which tells the stories of vacations gone awry. Chello Multicanal picked up Design Wars for its DeCasa channel, along with Mentorn Productions’ documentary special The Batman Shootings for its Odisea channel.

Additionally, the format rights for Mentorn Productions’ World’s Worst Driver and Personality Test are headed to Secuoya International and Vamos a Ver, respectively.
