Netflix UK Expands Fox Drama, Comedy Offerings

BEVERLY HILLS: Several additional dramas and comedies from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution are headed to Netflix’s streaming platform in the U.K. and Ireland, including the brand new season of Arrested Development.

The three seasons of the critically acclaimed sitcom produced for the FOX network from 2003 to 2006 are already available on Netflix in the U.K. and Ireland. The new season, commissioned by Netflix in the U.S., heads to the platform in early 2013. Subscribers are also gaining access to Modern Family, and exclusively, The League. On the drama front, Netflix U.K. and Ireland is launching Lie to Me, Sons of Anarchy and The Killing. Netflix U.K. already has 24, Prison Break and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
