Shine Network Promotes Paula Warwick

LONDON: Shine Network has upped creative director Paula Warwick to the head of international productions.

Warwick will continue to work with all of the Shine Group companies and international production partners, producing formats for different markets and act as a consultant executive producer on formats licensed to third-party producers. She joined Shine Group in 2009 as an executive producer from ITV, where she was a commissioning editor for entertainment.

Ben Hall, the managing director at Shine Network, said: “Paula does a truly outstanding job for Shine, managing all of our major program brands and this well-deserved promotion is intended to reflect that success and also the fact that she now manages a fast growing team of international producers.”
