WWE Raw Headed to Lithuania

STAMFORD: WWE and Baltijos TV (BTV) have closed a deal to bring the weekly series WWE Raw to Lithuania.

A one-hour international version of WWE Raw will be broadcast in Lithuania every Friday. In the U.S., it is the longest running weekly episodic program.

"We are extremely delighted to partner with WWE,” said Liutauras Elkimavicius, the CEO of BTV. “Our viewers are very excited to see WWE Raw and we’re proud to say that BTV will be the channel to bring it to them.”

“This new agreement with BTV significantly bolsters WWE’s presence across the Baltic region,” commented Dominic Hayes, the senior VP and managing director of WWE International. “WWE Raw airing on a free-to-air network enables WWE to expand our brand and build strong business relationships throughout Lithuania.”
