Twin Peaks Scores Slot on TVSéries in Portugal

The upcoming limited event series Twin Peaks will premiere exclusively in Portugal on TVSéries.

Directed entirely by David Lynch, the 18-part series picks up 25 years after the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town were stunned when their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered. Marking the latest in a slew of international deals for the highly anticipated return, Twin Peaks will see its exclusive premiere in Portugal on May 28 at 10 p.m. on TVSéries.

The new Twin Peaks is written and executive produced by series creators Lynch and Mark Frost and is executive produced by Sabrina S. Sutherland. Original cast members confirmed to appear in the new Twin Peaks include Kyle MacLachlan, reprising the iconic role of FBI Agent Dale Cooper, Mädchen Amick, Dana Ashbrook, David Duchovny, Sherilyn Fenn, Miguel Ferrer, James Marshall, Ray Wise and Lynch, among others.
