The Legend to Debut on Kanal D Drama

Kanal D Drama is set to exclusively premiere The Legend (El Sobreviviente) on October 27 on its broadcast channel and app in Latin America and the U.S. and via its SVOD streaming service in Spain.

The series tells the story of legendary basketball player Tarik Aksoy, who is forced to retire at in the prime of his career after being injured in a car accident. When he loses all his assets and custody of his daughters, he takes a job as the coach for a high school basketball team of troubled teams.

The Legend stars Erdal Besikcioglu, Bahadir and Demirer. Its original Turkish title is Adı Efsane.

The drama will air on Kanal D Drama in Latin America Mondays through Fridays (5:50 p.m. in Colombia/5:50 p.m. in Mexico/7:50 p.m. in Argentina). In the U.S., it will broadcast at 10:50 p.m. ET/7:50 p.m. PT.  It will also have daily premieres Monday through Friday on the app in Latin America, the U.S. and Spain.
